Your First Chin Up
This course is perfect for anyone wanting to get their first chin up or trainers who want to get better at teaching this exercise.
Jordan has successfully trained dozens of clients (mostly women) to achieve their first pull up. The progressions are simple and do not require the use of bands or expensive pull up assist machines. In this course you will learn the following:
- A logical progression that will take you from hanging on the bar to getting your first chin up.
- Movement prep to ensure that you are not putting excessive wear and tear on your shoulders.
- Assistance exercises and a full training routine that will help amplify your chin up and pull up practice.
- Gentle nerve mobilizations for the lats, shoulders and biceps that can help "unlock" your strength.
